Rick's career has been focused on the "art" and "science" of "weaponeering" for the Department of the Navy to deliver gamechanging Weapons Systems for the Fleet. Rick currently holds dual positions as the NAVAIR Technical Warrant Holder for Weapons and Targets and executes the duties of Chief Engineer for the NAWCWD Weapons and Energetics Department.
