Rizwan AhmadRizwan Ahmad received B.Sc Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from Islamic University of Technology, in 2000, M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering & Media Technology from University of Stuttgart, Germany in 2004 and Ph.D in ElectricalEngineering degree from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, in 2010. In addition to academic assignments, Dr. Ahmad had worked with several industries such as Sony, Fujitsu Siemens and British Telecom. He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at College of Engineering, Qatar University, Qatar. His research interests include MAC protocols, spectrum and energy efficiency, and performance analysis for wireless communication and networks. Dr. Ahmad was a recipient of the prestigious IPRS scholarship from Australian government. He has published and served as a reviewer for IEEE journals and conferences.
