Robert Borghese Robert J. Borghese is a principal of Borghese, Morin & Company, where he specializes in advising start-up and emerging growth companies on transactional issues including the identification of acquisition targets and the structuring of transaction. Borghese is on the faculty of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches a course on law and entrepreneurial management. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, he also has an M.A. in financial economics from King's College, Cambridge University, England, and holds a degree in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
