Horn IIIBob Horn is a 13-year survivor of ALS, a former Fulbright Scholar, professor at Cal-State Northridge,authority on conflict resolution, husband, and father has been completely paralyzed, unable to speak, eat, drink, or move in any way for nearly a decde.
