Mr. Parmley holds a BSME and an MSCE from Columbia Pacific University and is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, California, and Canada. He is also a certified manufacturing engineer under SME's national cerification program and a certified wastewater plant operator in the State of Wisconsin.
