Robin Boom

Robin BoomRobin Boom has worked as a self-employed agronomist for the past 30 years, focussing on soil chemistry and plant and animal nutrition. At the age of fourteen, Robin had a spiritual encounter which set him on a quest for understanding spiritual truth.Robin immersed himself in fundamentalist Christianity for over thirty years. While living in London in his late twenties, he was a regular speaker at Speakers Corner at Hyde Park, getting involved in debates on science, philosophy and religion with anybody who was up for a discussion on these issues. Although he is still sympathetic with many of its core values, Robin sees some flaws in the greater Biblical narrative, and now considers himself a post-fundamentalist Christian. He is married to Sally and together they live on a small pastoral farm, raising sheep, cattle and horses. They have three grown-up children. Read More Read Less
