Rod Van BlakeRod Van Blake was born in Rochester, NY, and spent most of his childhood in Chicago after living in Philadelphia, and Arlington, VA. After playing a few years of College basketball at a small university in Minnesota he enlisted in the Marine Corp. Seeral years later, after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corp, he went on to finish his degree earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. He now lives in Suffolk, VA and is working on the next Ancient Illumination novel while gathering ideas for his first Fantasy novel, tentatively titled Blood, Stone, Steel and Fire.
