Rodrigo Gonçalves
Rodrigo Gonçalves is a Full Professor at the Civil Engineering Department and is the Coordinator of the NOVA hub of the CERIS research center. His scientific activity concerns Steel & Steel-Concrete Composite Structures, focusing on Structural Staility and Thin-Walled Structures. He is in the “top cited Stanford list (2019-). He serves in two CEN Working Groups for Eurocode 3 and in the national sub-commissions for Eurocodes 3 and 4, as well as in the Editorial Board of several scientific journals, namely “Thin-Walled Structures. He is the Structural Stability Research Council Task Group 2 vice-chair (Stability of Steel Members).
