Ronald Thomas, MHCS, SWP, is director of talent and human resources solutions at Buck Consultants in New York City. He is also a faculty member of the Human Capital Institute, facilitating two certification tracks (Human Capital Strategist HCS] and Strategic Workforce Planning [SWP]).
