Ros PesmanRos Pesman is Professor Emeritus in the School of Philosophical and Historical Inquiry at the University of Sydney where she was formerly Challis Professor of History and Pro Vice-Chancellor for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. She is aformer president of the Australian Historical Association and a former vice-president of the Australian Academy of the Humanities.
