Rosa Maria BallardiniRosa Maria Ballardini(LLM, Ph.D.) is a Senior Lecturer in IP Law at the University of Lapland/School of Law and an Assistant Professor in Intellectual Property Law at Hanken School of Economics (part-time). She was awarded the Ph.D. degree in 012 at Hanken School of Economics (Helsinki, Finland), the LLM degree in 2005 at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), and the law degree in 2003 at the University of Brescia (Italy). During 2008-2009 Ballardini was a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkely, Boalt Hall (California).
