Roslyn Russellis a Principal Research Fellow in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at RMIT University, Australia. Roslyn completed her PhD at Griffith University, Australia, in 2000 and lectured in entrepreneurship in tourism at La Trobe University. Roslyn's researh explored the role of individuals in tourism development using a framework of chaos and complexity theories.
