Rowan Drake

Rowan is a lifelong enthusiast of American military history, with a particular focus on the men and women who have served on the front lines, rather than the armchair generals. His passion lies in understanding the experiences of those who did theactual fighting, exploring the personal stories of sacrifice, bravery, and hardship that have shaped the nation's history. From the Revolutionary War to modern-day conflicts, Rowan has spent years delving into the lives of soldiers and their contributions, always striving to honor their role in shaping America's identity.

In addition to his historical interests, Rowan is the proud father of two grown children, a son and a daughter. Fatherhood has been one of his greatest joys, and though his children are now adults, the bond he shares with them remains strong. His dedication to both his family and his studies reflects a deep respect for the values of resilience, sacrifice, and commitment-both in life and in the history he reveres.
