Rui Jin
Rui Jin is the director of the Power Semiconductor Research Institute in the Beijing Institute of Smart Energy and a researcher in Huairou Laboratory, both in Beijing, China. Her main research interests include the design and fabrication of high-pwer electronic devices. Professor Jin is a fellow of the IEEE Power Energy Society Technical Committee on Transmission. She serves as the Deputy Secretary-General for China IGBT Technology Innovation and Industry Alliance.
