Rumi Sei is a professor at the Global Communications Department of Tokoha University's Faculty of Foreign Studies. Supervisor of Japanese language & culture in Human Resource Training Programmes in EU-Japan Centre former lecturer for the NHK educational program Shin Nihongo de Kurasou, full-time instructor at the United States Department of State Foreign Service Institute Japanese Language and Area Training Center, and more.
