Russell MaskRussell P Mask (Ph.D., University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1995; M.S., University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1990; B.A., Wheaton College, 1983) is Associate Professor of Community Development at Covenant College, just outside Chattanooga, Tennessee. In additon to teaching Covenant College students, Russell trains NGO staff, NGO workers, church workers and missionaries around the world in church-centered Microenterprise Development and Microfinance strategies via the Chalmers Center for Economic Development at Covenant College. He is married with three children and enjoys NASCAR racing and fly fishing.
