Ruth Van SandtRuth's writing career started with her grandmother, who was an English major and taught English in elementary schools for many years. Ruth got to hone reading and writing skills during her homeschool years and learned to love both to read and to writ. She wrote her first illustrated short story at age 11 and started on a children's series in high school. (Both yet to be published.) After travelling around the nation and visiting many churches, Ruth has come home at Faith Life Church and is enjoying continuing to learn and grow under the ministry of Pastors Gary and Drenda Keesee.
