S Anitha DeviDr. S. Anitha Devi MBA, Ph. D, is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies, T.J.P.S College, Guntur. Her areas of specializations are Human Resource Management & Marketing Management. Her research interests include Stress Managemen, Emotional Intelligence and Job satisfaction. Dr. Anitha has done a Minor Research project on "Emotional Intelligence" awarded by U.G.C. She is academic Counsellor for M.B.A of IGNOU programme. She is a Research Supervisor at Acharya Nagarjuna University and is presently guiding six scholars. She has 15 publications in National & International Journals.
