S. Lawrence Prendergast

Larry earned a degree in mathematics from Brown University and an MBA from NYU. He served as VP and Treasurer of AT&T, as well as CEO and Chair of AT&T Investment Management Corp. He also served as EVP of LaBranche & Co., a NYSE firm./p>

Larry is currently Chair of the Turrell Fund and serves on private equity boards at JP Morgan. He has served on four public company boards and is the author of the book Uncommon Profits Through Stock Purchase Warrants published by Dow- Jones Irwin. He currently is a member of the Board of Advisors of Grace & Co. Consultancy, Inc.
