Sacha Menz

SACHA MENZ is Professor for Architecture and Building Process at ETH Zurich and a practicing architect. He is the founder of sam architects in Zurich. At ETH, he served as dean of the Department of Architecture and co-founded and led the Instituteof Technology in Architecture for over ten years, where he designed and coordinated the Arch_Tec_Lab building, the institute’s new home. Since 2012 Sacha Menz is actively involved in the Future Cities Laboratory research programme and since 2020 he has been shaping and leading the Future Cities Laboratory Global as Executive Director.
