Sampa BiswasDr. Sampa Biswas is a distinguished scholar specializing in Art History and the cultural exchanges between India and East/Central Asia. She earned her PhD in Art History from Kala Bhawan, Visva-Bharati University in Santiniketan, West Bengal. She is urrently a visiting scholar at the National Museum Institute in New Delhi, where she teaches the Art of China, Japan, South-East Asia, and the Buddhist Art of Central Asia. She has also taught at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) and the National Museum’s department of Museology and Conservation.
