Samraat Singh is the pen name of Jainendra Gautam, a 28-year-old Indian author who weaves complex narratives with analytical depth and profound emotion. Born and raised in Patna, Bihar, Jinendra's background from the Department of Geology at Patna University and his professional work at CSIR-CIMFR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research) deeply influence his writing, providing a unique foundation for his storytelling. His literary and musical endeavors are two sides of the same artistic vision. As Samraat Singh, he created the critically acclaimed A Death Day Saga, a four-book series that unravels a tale of love, betrayal, and intense suspense against the backdrop of colonial Calcutta. He also authored Rap Genesis (DoDo), an anthology that innovatively bridges rap and literature to tackle themes of identity, resilience, and faith.

Concurrently, as the artist SXMRXXT, he pushes the boundaries of music with his experimental blend of hip hop, cloud rap, and alternative R&B.
