Samuel BurgessChef Sam Burgess was born and raised in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. Sam was first introduced to cooking by assisting his parents and grandparents in the kitchen from a young age. In high school he started cooking for family and friends. He then beganhis culinary journey and realized the connection between food, love, and most importantly family. He continued to pursue his passion bringing his talents to Florida A&M University creating a business based around a tropical dish, pineapple bowls. His business soon became popular among college students and locals of the city. His concept proved more than just successful allowing him to expand to meal prepping and catering for clients across the U.S. Upon graduating with his masters degree in 2017, shortly after he acquired a food truck in 2018.
