Santosh BhartiSantosh Kumar Bharti received B. E degree in CSE from Visvesvaraya Technological University Belgaum, Karnataka, India, and M. Tech.in CSE from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. He has completed his Ph.D.(CSE) from the National Institute of Tecnology Rourkela India in April 2019. He has worked as Assistant Professor in SCET, Palwal, Haryana.
