Sarah Grueneberg

Sarah Grueneberg is the James Beard Award-winning chef and co-owner of Chicago based Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio. Monterverde was named a "Best New Restaurant" by Bon Appetit, and listed in Food & Wine's America's Best Resaurants and Eater's America's 38 Essential Restaurants. A former Executive Chef at Tony Mantuano's Spiaggia, she earned three consecutive Michelin stars. She was also a finalist on "Top Chef: Texas" and "Iron Chef Gauntlet".
