Sarah SkeateSarah Skeate graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Illustration in 2000. Soon discovering that the world was a strange and hostile place after the sweet comforts of institutional life, she beat a hasty retreat to the art department's suply cupboard where she squatted for six months, living on a diet of crayons and sugar paper. Following her detection and subsequent ejection, she reluctantly returned to the outer world, where she became a successful author and illustrator of several arts and crafts and children's titles.
