Sarah Vine

Born in Wales in 1967, Sarah moved as a child to Italy, returning to the UK as a teenager. Sarah read Modern Languages at UCL before moving into journalism, starting at the Daily Mirror before joining The Times, where she worked for 15 yers. It was there that she met Michael Gove, then Comment Editor, before he became an MP and senior Cabinet minister. They married in 2001 before parting ways in 2021. They remain on friendly terms, and co-parent their two children, Beatrice and William. Sarah now lives in London with the kids and (too many) animals.
