She has worked as a research assistant in central electrochemical research institute (CSIR-CECRI), Karaikudi, India from 2012- 2016. She receved national research foundation (DST-NRF) fellowship in South Africa for doctoral research at Discipline of physics, School of chemistry and physics, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa.
