Seanra KalilSeanra Kalil is a licensed and certified physician associate, trained in art therapy, and a passionate artist. With over 25 years of patient care experience across multiple specialties, Seanra has consistently observed a common thread in her clinicalwork: poor nutrition is a root contributor to the onset and worsening of many health conditions. As a healthcare provider, wellness educator, and sub-investigator in clinical trials, she has seen firsthand how diets lacking in nutrients, fiber, and fresh produce-often replaced by heavily processed foods-play a central role in chronic disease and worsening health outcomes. Seanra believes the solution is not restriction, but inclusion: incorporating real, nourishing foods into our daily lives. Many people view healthy eating as punishment, but in truth, it's a pathway to healing and joy. This belief is supported not only by the Bible, but also by modern nutritional science, particularly studies on Blue Zones-regions of the world where people live the longest and active lives. Her mission is to educate the public on the power of nutrition to reduce disease burden, improve quality of life, and ultimately decrease the overwhelming dependence on prescription medications in the United States. A vegetarian since the age of 16, Seanra further refined her lifestyle in 2017 by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet. She earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University and remains actively engaged in continuing nutritional education. Seanra also brings a deep creative background to her work. Raised by two artists, she was encouraged from an early age to embrace courage through creativity. As a child, she won multiple local art contests, as well as a national coloring contest for her drawings. She later received a grant to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and pursued a path that combined her love for art and healing, eventually becoming an art therapist. Guided by faith, Seanra integrates her love for health, creativity, and belief in Christ in all that she does. She sees prayer, art, and nutrition as interconnected tools for transformation and holistic well-being. Read More Read Less
