Sharon DabonSharon Dabon lives in New Orleans, Louisiana, and she considers her mission to write a book an honor she deeply appreciates. Looking back at her school years, she never could have imagined such an opportunity. Reading was never her strength, due to cmprehension challenges, but she still managed to graduate and even begin college, though she didn't finish. Sharon always found joy in painting, sewing, and coloring, with a deep love for art and music. Writing was always a difficult task for her, and crafting a book was never something she thought would be part of her life.However, everything began to change about a year after her graduation when Sharon welcomed the Lord Jesus Christ into her life. She faithfully attended Bible classes for about 15 years, and through worship and devotion, Sharon noticed a transformation in her heart and mind. She no longer felt inferior or defeated but started to recognize her worth. Integrity gradually replaced the emotions of fear that once controlled her.Sharon recalls having a childhood dream of becoming a teacher. Yet, knowing she hadn't completed college, she let that dream go. But fate had a different plan. Sharon was offered a preschool teaching position within her community, followed by another opportunity to teach Bible classes at a boys' center. Soon after, her church launched a Church School, and Sharon became a certified Christian teacher, a role she held for 16 years. During her time as a teacher, some of her students went on to remarkable accomplishments, such as teaching English in China, becoming military airplane pilots, and excelling in various fields such as real estate, pipefitting, and beauty.Sharon's journey has been filled with blessings. Alongside her ministry work, she has nurtured her family-39 years of marriage, four children, six grandchildren, and three dogs. Now, as she embarks on the challenge of writing this book, Sharon sees it as an extraordinary mission, one she is determined to complete.This book is designed to help others better understand Bible scripture through vision.
