Sheddy Hussain was born in 1980s Manchester and inherited a passion for authentic Pakistani cuisine from his mother, a phenomenal home cook. Transcending the divide between traditional, homely kitchens and the digital era, he host the successful YouTube channel "@sheddyskitchen," preserving Pakistan's culinary heritage for the next generations. Sheddy lives in Manchester and Amma Sidra’s Authentic Pakistani Cuisine is his first cookbook.
