Shoemaker FritzFritz Shoemaker is an entrepreneur, an ex-CEO of a medium sized multinational company and a Business Adviser/Mentor who helps businesses to improve their overall operations. In his role as a CEO he oversaw operations in Australia, Norway, Denmark andTurkey and worked closely with collaborative partners in Japan, New Zealand and China. His business experiences have been in the fields of Advanced Manufacturing, Health Care, Hospitality and Retail. He currently works with over 25 businesses a year in Advanced Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture, Hospitality, Accommodation, Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals, ICT and construction. In his normal day to day role he conducts facilitated self-assessments of businesses to help them see where the 'internal limiting factors' are in their businesses. In effect he is facilitating the self-awareness component of Corporate held Emotional Intelligence. These sessions are followed up with recommendation on how to dramatically improve business outcomes and with ongoing mentorship. Fritz is a regular speaker to companies, civic organisations and industry groups about the limiting internal factors impacting on strategy and on the topic of ChEQ - Corporate held Emotional Quotient. He is a regular volunteer to not for profits and a current Board of Directors Member of the not for profit Westpac Rescue Helicopters Tasmania. He has over 30 years of board directorship experience mostly in for profit businesses.
