Shreya GhoshDr. Shreya Ghosh received her PhD in Biotechnology from Siksha O Anusandhan University, India, MSc degree from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh and BSc (Physiology Hons.) from Presidency College, Kolkata. She has been associated with premier institute like IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay and CSIR IMMT to name a few. Dr. Ghosh’s research focuses on microbial catalyzed bioleaching of inorganic manganese from mining waste residues. Her research also focuses on metagenomic analysis of mining samples for native microbial community studies and their role in biogeochemical cycling of manganese.
