He is currently a partner of the Tax & Regulatory Division of S. Khaitan & Associates. He is a member of the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiafor both 2019-20 and 2018-19. Further, he is also a Member of the West Bengal State Council, Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee and committees of Confederation of Indian Industry for 2019-20, the National Council on Indirect Taxes for Assocham for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. He has regularly represented these associations and chambers before various Government authorities including the GST Council, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, State Government authorities etc.
Shubham has regularly been conducting training sessions and seminars for well-known corporates, trade associations, universities, professional bodies, study circles etc. throughout the country.
