MBA in HR & finance from BIT Durg (Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical Uiversity, Bhilai). B.com, M.com, and M.Phil from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. I have 15 years of combined teaching and research experience in the fields of Commerce and Management, beginning in 2012. I served as Research Guide at MATS University Raipur, where two scholars received their Ph.D.award and two scholars submitted their theses under my supervision. I am also a thesis evaluator at an additional university. I have published eight research papers in UGC Care-listed journals, eleven papers in UGC-approved, peer-reviewed and cited journals, and four articles in books.
