Dr. Sungi is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at the United States International Universty in Nairobi, Kenya. He is a lawyer by profession and is licensed to practice law in Tanzania and Kenya. He is also a former United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda staff member.
