Simon WestonSimon Weston C.B.E. is a Falkland's War Veteran, author, public speaker & charity supporter. In 1982 he was aboard the Sir Galahad when it was destroyed at Bluff Cove in the Falklands Islands. He suffered 46% burns to his body and went on to have numrous operations. He is a much-loved public figure, actively working for many charities. Simon is trustee of the charity Care After Combat, and kindly provided the foreword for the book My Great Grandad was a Soldier, by Rosita Bird.
