SIMONE WHITESimone White is Professor and newly appointed as the Assistant Dean (International and Engagement) in the Faculty of Education at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Simone has previously held the Chair of Teacher Education at Monash Univesity and led the Academic Community leader for the Teacher Education, Arts, Language and Professional Learning group. She is the immediate Past President of the Australian Teacher Education Association (ATEA).Simone is currently Lead Chief Investigator of an OLT-funded project titled 'Engaging and partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander parents and community to improve student outcomes'.
