Siobhan WilsonSiobhan Wilson was born at just 27 weeks, weighing 843 grams, and had open-heart surgery at six weeks old. She has lived with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, sensory processing disorder, chronic illness, and anaphylaxis. Despite the challenges, she hs become a nationally recognised speaker, author, and advocate for young people with complex physical and mental health needs.She is the author of Support Our Healing, a lived experience autobiography and strategy guide for adults supporting children with trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic illness. Siobhan has also published three children's picture books-Sakaela the Sneezy Pixie Visits Amy, Zizzy the Wheezy Pixie Meets Moondrop, and Minsky the Meltdown Pixie Helps Tommy-designed to help children navigate life's challenges with courage, understanding, and kindness.She is the founder of Our Pixie Friends, an inetrantioanlly recognised social enterprise supporting children through story, sensory tools, gift packs, and interactive resources. Siobhan has spoken at major conferences for educators, students, psychologists, and healthcare professionals across the world and is a Youth Advocate with the Queensland Family and Child Commission, a youth advisor to the Black Dog Institute, and a consumer representative with Queensland Health.She is also a trained sports trainer with hands-on experience in five sports: AFL, Volleyball, Rugby, Netball, and Horse Riding.
