Sonia CaplanSonia Caplan (née Roskes) was born in 1922 in Tarnów, Poland. After surviving the Holocaust, she arrived on North American soil in February 1945. In Canada, Sonia reunited with family, married and raised three children while pursuingstudies in literature.
