Sougata TalukdarSougata Talukdar is a teacher-in-charge and assistant professor at Sureswar Dutta Law College, University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India. He completed his LLM, BA LLB (Hons) and PhD from the University of Calcutta. Dr Talukdar was ivited by the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, to contribute to the prestigious Silver Jubilee Edition of their journal.
