Spiro V HaxhiSpiro V. Haxhi was born on December 7, 1944. He grew up in a small Eastern European country devastated by World War II, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1967. During his life, he lived and worked in both Albania ad the United States as an inspector, manager, and researcher. His passion, of which he has dedicated the last 40 years of his life to, has been pursuing the mathematical definition of quality.
