Spyridon A. RoukanasSpyridon A. Roukanas is Vice Rector of Academic and Administrative Affairs and Student Affairs of the University of Piraeus and Professor of International Political Economy at the Department of International and European Studies of the University of iraeus. He graduated from the Department of International Economic Relations and Development of Democritus University of Thrace (2003). He was awarded his Master of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Leeds (UK) (2004). He was awarded his Ph.D. at the Department of International Economic Relations and Development, Democritus University of Thrace (2008).
