Stephanie BazrafshanStephanie Bazrafshan was born in Nottingham in 1956 of Anglo-French parents. She changed schools often as her parents moved around Nottinghamshire and attended Trent University to gain a BA Hons in Modern European Languages however always had a flairfor the arts in particular drawing and dance. She raised four children the youngest of which is the author Roza and now has a pleasure of helping with her three grandchildren. During her time in England Stephanie worked as a teacher of Modern Languages in a large secondary school in Nottingham and studied through the Open University to gain a degree in Psychology, which she also later taught at A-Level. In 2014, Stephanie moved to Vendée on the west coast of France, to be near her ageing parents. There, as she cared for her parents, she continued to work as a teacher - this time teaching English to French students instead of French to English students. She still spends her time teaching English and is also a sworn translator, currently working on a book translation.
