Stephen L. Sepinuck

Stephen L. Sepinuck is the Associate Dean for Administration at Gonzaga University School of Law, as well as a member of its faculty and the director of its Commercial Law Center. He was an advisor to the Article 9 Drafting Committee and chaired is Task Force on Deposit Accounts. He later served as ABA Advisor to the Joint Review Committee for Article 9 and, for three years, chaired the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the ABA.
