Steve WoodsSteve A. Woods is Professor of HRM and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool Management School, and a Registered Practitioner Occupational Psychologist. He graduated in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham in 201 and received his PhD in 2004. His research and professional practice are most notably in the area of personality at work, focusing on psychometric and personality trait assessment, and personality development and change at work. He also conducts research on the ways that recruitment and selection in organizations can be made fair and effective, diversity management, workplace coaching, and well-being. He has published more than 50 scientific and professional articles, scholarly books and chapters. He speaks regularly at international conferences, organizations and universities about personality and work, and contemporary issues in Work and Organizational Psychology more widely.
