He received his BS from Pennsylvania State University and his MD from Jefferson MedicalCollege of Thomas Jefferson University, and completed his pediatric residency and fellowship training in pediatric endocrinology and metabolism at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.
