Swept up in the historic Back-to-the-land movement, after seven years of dharma-bumming around the West he bought two wooded acres in Mt. Shasta Vista in 1978 and has been there ever sinc, living simply in a tiny off grid home. He recently retired from a successful cottage industry wholesaling Mt.
