Mr Sulabh Sharma, currently working as Head of Scooter Model Line (General Manager—R&D), Centre of Innovation and Technology, Hero MotoCorp Limited, is BE (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA (HR). He has attended a good number of semnars and conferences and undergone several short-term courses. He has published around 20 research papers/ articles on HR-related topics in leading journals such as Indian Journal of Labour Economics and Haryana Labour Journal, and has presented some in the proceedings of national seminars and conferences.
