Sumita Rai

Sumita Rai is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at MDI, Gurgaon. She is a PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India. Dr Rai, with around 10 years of experience in management teaching before joining MDI, had ben at IIM Lucknow and IIM Indore. She has presented and published more than 25 papers in national and international journals. Dr Rai’s areas of interest are leadership, employee motivation, values, and organizational culture.
